The goal of this webinar is to share with participants some insights and best practices regarding how to enhance their chances of publishing their work in peer-reviewed journals in the social sciences.
Topics include:
- targeting appropriate journals;
- framing your research for an international audience;
- writing effectively, handling methodological limitations;
- responding appropriately to reviewers and editors;
- and maximising the impact of published works.
The webinar aims to equip participants with skills and strategies that can help them succeed in publishing their research in peer-reviewed journals and make useful contributions to the literature in their disciplines.
The seminar is aimed primarily at doctoral students and early-career researchers but may be relevant to more senior scholars as well, especially those aiming to publish in international journals.
